Church Fundraiser Customers

The Group Leader has received a Free Church Fundraising Kit.  Church Fundraiser instructions have been read.  Order forms and design brochures have been distributed to the sellers.  The Church Fundraising Group is now ready to sell Christian t-shirts.  Who should the sellers approach to buy the Christian shirts?

There are four main buyer groups to target when running a Church Fundraiser Program: Church members, Relatives, Friends, Work Associates.  Every person within these groups have some type of connection to the seller.  Therefore, they are far more likely to purchase a Christian t-shirt from the seller then some stranger.

Christian Fundraising Shirt Designs

What type of Christian Fundraiser shirt designs should a good fundraiser brochure contain?  Three design types: Popular, Diverse, Professional.

Popular designs have mass appeal to the target audience.  Popularity is determined by testing the designs.  This is done by showing potential Christian fundraiser brochure designs to a target audience and recording their reactions.  Popular designs are then placed in the Christian Fundraising brochure.  All Lukes Christian T-shirts designs are thoroughly tested before being placed in our Christian Fundraiser brochure.

Diverse designs appeal to different segments of the market.  Potential markets include women, men, youth, children, etc.  Lukes Christian T-shirts design brochures contain a diverse selection of designs for many different market segments.

Professional refers to the print quality of the Christian Fundraising brochures.  All printed images should be readable size and in color.  Also, the printed images should look razor sharp (e.g. very high quality).  Lukes Christian T-shirts Christian fundraiser brochures are printed by a professional printer and match all the above criteria.

How to Finish a Christian Fundraiser

Your Christian Fundraising deadline has arrived.  Now what?

Gather all the Christian Fundraiser order forms, checks, and money from the sellers.  There are 3 types of sellers.  First, the seller who turns in all his or her order forms, checks, and money on time.  Second, the Christian Fundraising seller who is a little late turning in their items.  Third, the seller who very belatedly or never turns in their stuff.

How does a Christian Fundraiser group leader handle these 3 type of sellers?  The first seller is easy to deal with and no additional work is need.  The second seller needs a reminder and sometimes a nudge for them to act.  The third seller  can be difficult to deal with.  Just remind him or her once.  Do not delay placing the main shirt order because of their tardiness.   You can always add onto you Christian shirt order at a later date.

Next, deposit all checks made out to your Christian Fundraising group.

Finally, place the Christian shirt order by fax, email, phone, or U.S. mail.    Please see “Group Leader Instructions Document Step 4″ contained in your free Christian Fundraiser Kit for more information.  Or, you can contact us via phone or e-mail if you have any questions [See http:lukeschristiantshirts.com/contact-us]

Church Fundraising with Christian T-shirts

There are many reasons why your Church Fundraiser product should be Christian t-shirts.  These include….

The Christian Message.  Your Christian beliefs are conveyed every time a Christian t-shirt is worn.  Selling a Church Fundraising product connected to Christianity is always important.

T-shirt popularity.  A large majority of adults and children regularly wear t-shirts.  Choosing a Church Fundraiser product that is popular, like Christian t-shirts, is always a plus.

Christian t-shirt pricing.  Christian t-shirts are reasonably priced compared to other Church Fundraising merchandise.  Furthermore, six dollars of every shirt sold is kept by the Church Fundraiser group as profit.
